How fast will your order be processed?We’re very proud of how quickly we process the orders. If items are in stock your order will most likely be shipped the same day or the next business day. However to get orders out this quickly, it means we’re not able to make any amendments, including changing the billing/shipping address, item style/size or remove or add items from your order. Please note - During Spell Sale’s or New Collection drops shipping times can be delayed depending on how busy we are so please be patient during these times.
Where do we ship to?We ship WORLDWIDE. $10 flat rate Australia, $15 International. Free shipping for all orders over $150AU. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.
Signature required:For tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA) signature required – is $10 Express Post Australia Wide... Next day delivery within NSW, or 1-3 business days elsewhere within Australia). Please allow SPELL 1-5 business days to ship your order. You will receive an email from Australia Post letting you know that your order has shipped along with a Registered Post tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* – $15AU DHL Express Shipping. Delivery between 3-7 business days. Please allow SPELL 1-5 business days to ship your order/send your tracking number. You will receive an email from Australia Post letting you know that your order has shipped. Once an order has been shipped and tracking details emailed to you via DHL, SPELL is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with DHL is you have any delivery issues.
Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:• Indonesia

Customs/Import Taxes for international customers:All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Spell will declare FULL $ value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately Spell CAN NOT put a lower value on the parcel.
