All orders placed on our US Website are sent from our US based warehouse. We offer Free Shipping within the USA, and Free Worldwide Shipping for all orders over $150. Please find more information below.

We offer Free Shipping within the USA. All of our orders are sent via USPS Priority and take 3-5 business days to arrive. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
We also offer an Express Courier service for orders within the USA for $12.99. These orders will be sent with either UPS or Fedex, and take 1-2 business days to arrive. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.
If you are located in Australia, we recommend shopping on our Australian Website; http://shop.spelldesigns.com.au where you will receive Free Shipping anywhere in Australia and be charged in AUD.
However, we understand that sometimes items sell out on our Australian website, that are still available on our US Website that you would like to purchase.
Please note, if you decide to do this, your order will be charged in USD and sent from our US warehouse via a courier service. This means you may be charged customs and duties taxes.
To ship from our US Warehouse, we offer flat rate shipping of $20, with Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $150.
All Australian orders are sent with our International Courier service that is then passed onto Australia Post once the order arrives in Australia. Delivery times can vary between 14-21 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive shipping and tracking details.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Spell is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:
- Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of (North Korea)
Please note, we are also unable to ship to hotels, so please use a private address only.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced items within 100 days of purchase or within 30 days for any sale items. Items should be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their tags attached.

To return an item, we need to provide you with a Return Authorisation Number. Please complete the Return Request Form here.
Our Returns Team will reply with your Return Authorisation Number within two business days, and will also provide you with the address to send your return back to.
- Your Return Authorisation Number must be clearly marked on the front of your returned parcel. If our warehouse cannot identify this number on the outside of your parcel it may be returned to you.
- For a refund or exchange, your return must be in original condition with their tags attached.
Please note: International Returns cannot be over $1000, if so please ship these separately as Spell is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.
Once received and processed, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. If you paid with a gift card, you will be refunded to that same gift card and will be able to re-use the original unique code towards your next purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed. Your will be notified by email once finalised.
- Shipping and duties will not be refunded by Spell, however if you paid import duties or taxes on an item that you have returned and would like a Credit Invoice to provide to your customs office please contact us.
Of course! When completing your Return Request Form please advise you would like an exchange, and advise the details of the item you would like to exchange for, including the Style Name, Color & Size.
Please note for exchanges, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your request will be available at he time of processing your return. In this case you will be provided a refund.
We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition! If you could please email a photo of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace the item if the stock is available or refund you upon receiving your faulty item back. We also have a 3 Month Warranty period on all of our pieces, please note this excludes fair wear and tear.
If you have received an item you did not order, please email us at email@example.com so we can resolve this for you.
For any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a trackable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax.

If the items you are order are in stock, your order will be dispatched the next business day. During save events or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be delays on your order being shipped out.
Within the USA, we can ship to a PO Box, but sadly cannot ship to hotels. If you are shipping outside of the USA we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Hotels.
As our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders once they are placed.

Yes! You can use a promo code and also your Gift Card on the same item. Gift Cards are a valid form of payment regardless of using a promo code.
