Joining our customer care team, you will be predominantly focused on the financial aspect of customer care. Dealing with customer returns and refunds, your data entry skills are slick and more importantly, accurate.
You’ll also have the opportunity to assist with general customer enquiries, so you’ll need to have a kind and patient personality as well as being the best at math in our team!
ABOUT YOU, OUR DREAM ANGEL
- You have previous experience in administration, e-commerce or customer service roles;
- You understand how credits, returns and refunds work;
- You’re a positive and helpful team member;
- Communication skills are clear and concise to problem solve issues with our warehouse across email and phone on a regular basis;
- You can remain cool, calm and collected when dealing with customer complaints
- You’re confident in using MS Office and learning new software programs comes easily (bonus points if you’ve used Fresh Desk, Netsuite, PayPal, AfterPay, ZipPay or SecurePay)
