1. About the owner

Ralph and Alex started their Lima factory back in 2002 and their company’s honesty and positivity comes through in every interaction we have with them. Their proud WRAP accreditation, as well as our weekly Skype meetings, gives us the peace of mind we need to call them part of the Spell family.

2. What do they specialise in?

Our t-shirt factory specialise in sourcing locally produced softer than soft Peruvian Pima Cotton to make our t-shirts and raglans. We’ve been working with them for over three years now and we’re still being surprised by the quality of the products and lovely vintage nature of the placement prints coming out of their workshop.

3. Why we chose them

There’s an assumption that making t-shirts is a simple art, but Ralph and Alex’s factory has never been content to rest on its laurels. True connoisseurs of the form, the Lima team have made luxury materials a key part of their practice and the new yarns and blends that they have on offer always amaze us. Working with lustrous Pima cottons, eco-friendly organic fibres and drapey, viscose textiles, they’ve produced some of the most buttery, soft fabrics we’ve ever offered to our customers.
